How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the full product. Add a card at checkout. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your account.
What’s the difference between Individual and Team?
Individual is one person. Team is for churches and production teams: everyone shares the same song library, arrangements and services, admins can invite people with roles, and the church gets one invoice. Team is billed per user, minimum 2.
Can I switch plans or change the number of users?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly, or add and remove users anytime from Manage Billing in your account. Changes are prorated automatically.
What do I need to use Phantom?
A Mac, Ableton Live 12, a Planning Center Services account, and the multitrack stems you already own (for example from MultiTracks.com).
Does Phantom work offline during a service?
Phantom builds your show ahead of time and Ableton plays it, so nothing depends on the internet once the set is built. Your plan is remembered for 21 days without a connection.
Does Phantom host or share my stems?
No. Your audio stays on your own drive. Phantom reads it in place to build the show and never uploads it.
Is my church tax-exempt?
If your organization is tax-exempt, contact us after subscribing and we’ll mark your account exempt.
How do I cancel?
Open your account, click Manage Billing, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
