This policy explains what information Phantom (“we”, “us”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], collects when you use phantomlive.app, the Phantom account portal and the Phantom desktop app, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address and sign-in method. If you sign in with Google or Planning Center, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive your password.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status, billing address and the last digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Planning Center data. When you connect Planning Center, we read your service types, plans and songs (titles, keys, tempos, arrangements and section timings) to build your setlists. Your connection credentials are stored encrypted.
- Content you create. Setlists, arrangements, song settings and team membership.
- Technical data. Basic logs (IP address, browser or app version, request times) used to keep the service running and secure.
What we don’t collect
Your audio files and stems stay on your computer. The desktop app reads them locally to build your Ableton set and never uploads them.
How we use information
We use it to provide and secure the service, process payments, respond to support requests, and send account and billing emails. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run Phantom: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Render (hosting), Neon (database) and Google and Planning Center (if you sign in or connect with them). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email privacy@phantomlive.app. Billing records may be kept as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Children
Phantom is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and change the date above. For significant changes we’ll email account owners.
